Natalia Santamaría holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Intervention and Child Development. She is the founder of Motivatea and is certified by FIPP as a Mentor Coach and Fidelity Coach. An international speaker and trainer, she led the Spanish translation and cultural adaptation of the RAMP. She is a specialist in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI), she trains professionals and caregivers across Latin America and Spain in evidence-based, family-centered practices.
