Regina Tipton is the Social Research Assistant II at The Family, Infant, and Preschool Program (FIPP), where she channels her passion for making a positive impact on the lives of families and young children. Since joining FIPP in February 2024, Regina has focused on driving meaningful outcomes by cultivating purposeful relationships.
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Regina brings nearly 15 years of healthcare industry experience to her role. Prior to joining FIPP, she held various dynamic roles, most recently in marketing and member relations. In these positions, she honed her skills in organizational planning and engagement, developing strategies to drive growth and enhance communication. Regina is deeply committed to continuous learning and strives to create lasting, positive change in the communities she serves.
