Biography

Regina Tipton is the Research Assistant for The Family, Infant, and Preschool Program (FIPP). She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Regina joined FIPP in February 2024. Before joining FIPP, she worked in healthcare for nearly 15 years, and most recently held roles in marketing and member relations. She believes in creating partnerships with a purpose and always striving for meaningful results.
