Ms. Elder is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, as well as Appalachian State University where she earned a Master of Education. She maintains a professional teaching license in the state of North Carolina. Prior to joining FIPP, Ms. Elder served families at a Child Advocacy Center for three years. In her free time, Rachel likes to hang out at zoos and aquariums, have adventures, and spend time with her partner and pets.
