Ms. Frick earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in early childhood education, covering both general and special education, from Kansas State University. She holds birth-Kindergarten teaching licenses in both North Carolina and Kansas. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral studies in early childhood special education with a focus on early intervention research. Ms. Frick has extensive experience in early childhood education as a lead teacher in infant, toddler, and preschool childcare classrooms, as well as serving as an early intervention teacher (birth-3) and EI program coordinator. Her professional experience includes a range of responsibilities: facilitating primary service provider (PSP) team meetings, being a certified early intervention fidelity coach, contributing to the development of practitioner tools and online courses, conducting trainings for early intervention providers, co-authoring scholarly journal articles, and providing direct early intervention services to children and families.
