Physical Therapist

Ms. James received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2016 and is a fellow of the Oklahoma LEND Interdisciplinary Leadership Education Program. In 2013, Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Baylor University where she coordinated community outreach programs for families who were under-resourced. While pursuing her degree in physical therapy, Jennifer participated in research on indicators of family health and worked as a rehabilitation technician in a gait training clinic providing children with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities opportunities to improve their physical fitness and increase their mobility. Ms. James joined FIPP in 2016, and she has particular interest in supporting families in the areas of mobility, assistive technology, and community health and wellness.
